Testimonials

  • Getting married at this venue is everything we could have imagined aesthetically. The owners are turning something they clearly cherish into something truly stunning, with so much history behind it. It has been so exciting to see all the progress pictures and videos posted through their social media accounts. They’ve been great to work with, and their recommendations and suggestions have been incredibly helpful! Nathan and I are SO excited to get married here and love to brag about how beautiful our venue is to others.

    Vanessa V. and Nathan E.

  • We have had a fantastic experience with the Farm 1893 so far. From our very first inquiry Rachel demonstrated incredible communication and professionalism. Every question we had was answered promptly, and they made us feel heard and supported throughout the entire venue planning process. Looking forward to having our wedding here in June 2026!

    Alex B.

  • Wonderful owners! So great to work with! Rachel and Walt truly value the meaning of making your wedding experience one of the best weekends of your life. Not just one day, but an entire weekend! Would highly recommend.

    Morgan S.

  • Rachel and her family are in the midst of building a beautiful space. They have truly defined the way to slow down such an important day. They communicate and are open and transparent about everything. We cannot wait to see the finished product to their vision and celebrate our special day in November of 2026. We couldn’t wait to book with them after talking with them and touring the space. Do not wait to book with The Farm 1893. As the word gets out, it’s going to book up quickly every wedding season.

    Matt H. and Nicole P.

  • Rachel has been wonderful to work with and has made the entire process easy to navigate. She has kept us updated on the venue’s progress and was kind enough to let us tour the space while it’s being completed. It’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Having access to the venue for the entire weekend was a major draw and allows us to spend more time celebrating with our family and bridal party. We are very excited to have our wedding at Farm 1893 this summer

    Brooke R. and Charlie H.

  • My experience so far with Rachel and Walt has been nothing short of exceptional. They are both patient, accommodating, and understanding. We took a risk booking this venue for our wedding while it was still in the construction phase, and I continue to be amazed by how much the progress of this venue has exceeded our expectations. We are absolutely honored to be the first wedding to be hosted at this venue. We cannot wait to get married here!

Floor plan of a restaurant with sections labeled as South, North, Bar, Kitchen, Storage, Lounge, Men and Women's Bathrooms, Back and Side Covered Porch, Main Entrance, Hill Road, Berlin Road, East, and West, with several round tables arranged inside.

The venue offers incredible versatility. While the space can be divided into north and south sections, simply raise the rustic garage door to reveal a vast open floor plan, perfect for any event.

Ceremonies

For indoor ceremonies, seating accommodates approximately 154 guests in the north section or 196 guests in the south section. Depending on guest count, an indoor ceremony may require a room flip for the reception setup, which would need to be completed by family/friends or client-hired staff. Ceremonies on the back covered porch can seat approximately 200 guests. Additional capacity may be added using the surrounding lawn area, with the understanding that guests standing on the lawn would not be under the covered porch. Lawn ceremonies provide a flexible, open-air setting and would include standing room for guest counts exceeding 200, which many couples enjoy for a more relaxed atmosphere.

240 Ceremony Chairs Available

For on-site ceremonies, ceremony chair rental through The Farm 1893 is required.

Receptions

The venue provides seating for approximately 104 guests in the north section and 184 guests in the south section.

Make sure to factor in space for the DJ, dance floor, catering tables, and any other elements, which will influence the final seating capacity.
